Question: For those who purchased the game in early access here on itch, will we receive Steam key later on today? Since the full release is now out on Steam?
Just wondering. The demo on Steam starts, but doesn't seem to be getting input from my keyboard, mouse or joypad. Both work fine in other titles. Any thoughts?
Good to hear. Sorry for the difficulty there, as the build here is the same as what's on Steam. It may be a Steam overlay issue. I tested the main game just now on Windows 10 downloaded from Steam and was able to use my mouse and keyboard inputs and play. I can also confirm the demo works on Deck with touch input. Try restarting Steam and see if that fixes the issue.
Appreciate you double-checking. The game seems fun by the way. I'll have to play a bit more of the demo, but enjoying it thus far. What seems to happen here, is that the controller is not active in the main menu. If the mouse pointer isn't present I can't select an option there, so the menu appears to be 'dead'.
I'm wondering if it's something to do with having both mouse & controller active, or something with switching applications. To be fair, the mouse pointer on my 4K monitor can be a little difficult to see at times, but I've run into other games which tend to have the mouse disappear unless I tab to a different application and back. I tend to have multiple apps running, so it's conceivable something is amiss there.
Solid game, also loved the style. Little feedback: image is slightly cropped on the right side. Suggestion: also use arrow keys for driving and spacebar for closing dialogs. Controller support would be delightful.
As someone who has spent a lot of time searching in the Mojave, that TRAUMATIZED screenshot cuts like a knife. I absolutely love the aesthetic. This was clearly a labour of love, my favourite kind of art. Nabbing one of the prerelease codes now :D
Just downloading the prerelease version now (just found this today!), but I'm on Linux, so I'll be running it in a roundabout way. That's probably not the greatest for your bugtesting, but still...

Very cool concept and execution. Surreal and stylish in a way that makes me wish I made this.
How did you advertise your game please? I’m a small indie Dev and curious about how you make/channel sales.
Started on Twitter, then Tiktok. Reddit as well, free copies. We're reevaluating our social strategy, it isn't easy.

Yep, getting that together as we speak!
Yay! Awesome. So excited to check out the full release!
Keys are up, go get yours!

Odd, don't have the same issue here. What OS are you on? And does the demo here have the same issue?
I'll check the demo there.
I'm on Win 11. Sorry I forgot to mention that..
The demo here seems to be working.

"You've stolen the company truck in search of enlightenment." might be the most fire tagline

Thanks! Will try to get those suggestions in, cooking an update that'll come out soon with the other feedback from this round of players

Ahhh thanks so much! It's great to hear from a fellow traveler of the desert. I hope you enjoy!

No worries, it's much appreciated. Don't have a Linux partition here RN so I haven't done a build for it but should, so thank you for the reminder!
There is an experimental Linux build now
Is the updated version coming to Steam going to be sold here as well?
Yes, this will just update to match the version on Steam
All right, I'll wishlist it on here as well, then! Thank you. Are you planning to add Steam keys in addition?
Yep! Should've added that as well.
I have to play this :D
Good news, we just updated it! Definitely play it again.
